A key goal of the Campaign is to advocate for improved K-12 civic
learning policies at the state level. Follow the policy news from
the 18 Campaign states and all other states through a link to the
Education Commission of the States' policy reports. Also follow
federal policy developments affecting civic learning. The Campaign, in partnership with the National Center for Learning and Citizenship (NCLC) at the Education Commission of the States (ECS), will be identifying assessment instruments to measure both student attainment of civic knowledge, skills and disposition, and a school's success in its civic mission. more »
